NAGPUR: Unidentified persons have axed five members of a family to death at Aradhana nagar. Daughter of a murder accused just released from jail too is among the dead.

Kamlakar Pohankar, his wife, mother, daughter and brother-in-law's daughter are among the persons who were found brutally murdered in the house close to Ring Road.
Prima facie, the prime suspect's name is Vivek Palatkar who had murdered his wife Savita in 2014. Pohankar's brother-in-law is among the ones suspected for his role behind the massacre. It's learnt Pohankar's brother-in-law had been just released from jail where he was lodged after being arrested for murder. His two-wheeler has been recovered from the place.
Staffers from Nandanvan police station and crime branch have reached the place. Police have also summoned mobile forensic van at the spot. Senior officers, including DCP crime
Sambhaji Madam and Zonal DCP Nilesh Bharne, have reached the place.
