Announcement concerning large shareholders under the Danish Capital Markets Act
Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension (ATP), company reg. (CVR) no. 43405810, has today notified Ringkjøbing Landbobank that with effect from 11 June 2018, ATP’s ownership interest in the bank has fallen to 3.65% of the bank’s share capital of DKK 30,994.258 and thus does not exceed the 5% limit. ATP’s total holding is currently 1,130,610 shares of a nominal value of DKK 1 per share.
The reduction to below 5% is only temporary, however, and the ownership interest will thus be increased in connection with the previously announced transaction between ATP and the Nykredit group. An announcement concerning large shareholders will be issued when the transaction has been completed.
