MAKWANPUR: District Police Office, Makwanpur has arrested two marijuana traders in possession of 117 kgs of the contraband on Sunday night.
A police team led by Inspector Birendra Paneru caught 39-year-old Maan Bahadur Moktan and Bir Bahadur Moktan (40) from Raksiraang Rural Municipality-6 red-handed while trading the banned local psychotropic drug.
According to DPO Spokesperson and Deputy Superintendent of Police Dilip Raj Jha, an investigation has been initiated against the arrestees under Narcotic Drugs (Control) Act, 2033.
