Capital Bank, a division of Chemung Canal Trust Co., celebrated the opening of its new Wilton branch last week with a ribbon-cutting attended by local civic and business leaders.

The 3,100-square-foot branch officially opened April 30, but the ribbon-cutting was held Friday and was attended by Chemung's CEO, Anders Tomson. Also attending was Wilton Supervisor Art Johnson, Saratoga County Chamber CEO Todd Shimkus, and senior executives from BBL Construction, which did the interior renovations.
