SA Chandrasekar is back in and as 'Traffic Ramasamy'

Veteran Tamil director and Thalapathy Vijay's dad S.A. Chandrasekar aka SAC plays the title role in Traffic Ramaswamy, a biopic on the life of social activist K.R. Ramaswamy, better known as Traffic Ramaswamy for his innumerable PILs (Public Interest Lawsuit) filed in court.

SAC is best remembered for his films Sattam Oru Iruttarai and Naan Sigappu Manithan.

“Since the film is based on the life of an existing revolutionary who has and is still fighting against social issues, the story involves situations and twists approached realistically,” said debutant director Vijay Vikram, former assistant of Chandrasekar.

Music director Balamurali Bala released the second single track Komaali, sung by Sindhuri, with lyrics written by Kabilan Vairamuthu recently. This song is a satirical take on the contemporary political scenario.

The supporting cast includes Rohini, Ambika, Prakash Raj and R.K. Suresh.

Traffic Ramaswamy is scheduled for June 22 (Vijay's birthday) release
