Aditya Ghosh, who stepped down as a whole-time director of budget carrier IndiGo in April, has joined the Board of Directors of the Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre.
"Honour & Privilege to formally join the Board of Directors of the Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre #NPAC. Thanks to the legendary tax & constitutional law expert & author Sr Advocate Arvind Datar for inviting me. Our audacious goal is to enable speedy justice at a lower cost," Ghosh tweeted.
The airline had on April 26 announced that Ghosh would step down as its president and whole-time director, while promoter Rahul Bhatia would become the interim CEO.
The company's board, during its meeting on that date, accepted the resignation of Ghosh, according to a regulatory filing.
IndiGo is the country's largest domestic carrier with a market share of about 40 per cent.
