Schenectady County woman wins $1M lottery prize
SCHENECTADY — A Schenectady County woman won the $1 million jackpot on the Lady Luck 7 scratch-off ticket.
State officials will gather at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the state lottery headquarters in Schenectady to present the woman, whose name has not yet been revealed, with a check.
