So why is drawing the rail so bad? It worked out just fine for Justify on Saturday at the Belmont Stakes. He had early speed and went right to the lead and the rest is history. The rail never played a factor in the outcome of the race, and Justify clearly had enough left in the tank to win the Triple Crown.
