Chelsea star Giroud was hauled off in the 58th minute after he collided with USA ace Matt Miazga.

The pair collided in sickening style and were then seen clutching their faces and were both very bloody.
Frenchman Giroud left the pitch with a bandage covering a gruesome cut to his forehead and he was replaced by Ousmane Dembele.
