VADODARA: A scrap dealer from Mumbai lost Rs1 lakh cash in city on Friday night.
Complainant Mohammedshaheen Khan Pathan on Friday night got down from a bus at Amitnagar Circle. He took an autorickshaw on sharing basis
Instead of going to the station, the
auto driver turned towards Jail Road. When Pathan learnt that the driver was taking him on a wrong route, he asked him to stop. The driver stopped and asked Pathan to get down. He told the cops that he did not even charge money from him.
Later, when he checked his pocket, he realized that his cash was missing. A plaint was lodged at Raopura police station. tnn
