UPSC Recruitment 2018 application process to fill 72 vacancies for various posts including Professor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Airworthiness Officer & Others has begun on the official website of Union Public Service Commission – upsc.gov.in.

Interested and eligible candidates must apply for the relevant post on or before 28th June 2018 by following the instructions given below:

Step 2 – Click on ‘Online Recruitment Applications (ORA)’ under ‘Recruitment’ on the home page
Step 3 – Register yourself first with required details
Step 4 – Click on ‘Apply Now’ from the respective post list
Step 5 – Login with required credentials
Step 6 – Fill the application form, pay application fee and complete the application process
Step 7 – Download the confirmation page and take a print out for future reference

Eligibility Criteria:

Assistant Director (Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying & Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare) – The applicant must possess Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from a recognized University or Veterinary Institute.
Livestock Officer (Central Cattle Breeding Farm) – The applicant must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture with Animal Science from a recognised University.
Senior Instructor (Naval Architecture) – The applicant must possess Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture from a recognized University or Institute.
Airworthiness Officer (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) – The applicant must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Physics or Mathematics or Aircraft Maintenance or Engineering Degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Telecommunication from a recognized University.
Director (Conservation) – The applicant must possess Degree in Civil Engineering or in Architecture of a recognized University or equivalent.
Deputy Legislative Counsel (Hindi Branch) – The applicant must possess Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) from a University established or incorporated by or under a Central Act.
Superintendent Translation (Hindi Branch) – The applicant must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University.
Professor (Non-Technical) - The applicant must be Ph.D in Applied Mathematics.
Professor (Applied Art) – The applicant must possess Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Fine Art (Applied Art) with 1st Class.
Professor (Painting) – The applicant must possess Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Fine Art (Painting) with 1st Class.
Professor (Sculpture) – The applicant must possess Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Fine Art (Sculpture) with 1st Class.
Associate Professor (Applied Art) – The applicant must possess Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Fine Art (Applied Art) with 1st Class.
Associate Professor (Painting) – The applicant must possess Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Fine Art (Painting) with 1st Class.
Assistant Professor (Applied Art) – The applicant must possess Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Fine Art (Applied Art) with 1st Class.
Assistant Professor (Painting) - The applicant must possess Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Fine Art (Painting) with 1st Class.
Assistant Professor (Sculpture) – The applicant must possess Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Fine Art (Sculpture).

Age Limit:

Assistant Director – The age of the applicant should not be more than 35 years.
Livestock Officer – The age of the applicant should not be more than 30 years.
Senior Instructor – The age of the applicant should not be more than 35 years.
Airworthiness Officer – The age of the applicant should not be more than 35 years.
Director – The age of the applicant should not be more than 45 years.
Deputy Legislative Counsel – The age of the applicant should not be more than 53 years.
Superintendent – The age of the applicant should not be more than 35 years.
Professor - The age of the applicant should not be more than 55 years.
Professor (Applied Art) – The age of the applicant should not be more than 50 years.
Professor (Painting) – The age of the applicant should not be more than 50 years.
Professor (Sculpture) – The age of the applicant should not be more than 50 years.
Associate Professor (Applied Art) – The age of the applicant should not be more than 50 years.
Associate Professor (Painting) – The age of the applicant should not be more than 50 years.
Assistant Professor (Applied Art) – The age of the applicant should not be more than 35 years.
Assistant Professor (Painting) - The age of the applicant should not be more than 35 years
Assistant Professor (Sculpture) - The age of the applicant should not be more than 35 years.
