Sugarcreek Village Council
June 4  meeting

KEY ACTION Heard the Sugarcreek McDonald’s is not going to be demolished. Instead they are going to remodel the business and alternate on different days with the dining room or drive-thru being open during the remodeling phase. The remodeling should begin this month. If the company cannot find a place for the historical murals they will be given to the village. Mayor Clayton Weller said at the May 21 meeting the business was to be demolished.

DISCUSSION The lone bid was opened for purchase of 3.505-acre tract of land on Belden Parkway which is owned by the village. The lone bid was from NuCamp RV of Sugarcreek, Ohio, at a bid of $98,350.
