Veteran’s grandson struggling to get Canadian citizenship

A strange situation for an Okanagan family, trying to get their newest member into the country. The young child was born overseas. The problem is, so was his Canadian father, and as Megan Turcato reports, that’s creating all sorts of citizenship uncertainty.
