The Brazil manager is preparing his side for next week's World Cup, with the Selecao taking on Austria on Saturday evening before flying out to Russia.
But reports emerged on Saturday linking Tite with the vacant Madrid position after the departure of Zinedine Zidane.
Gilmar Veloz, his agent, is claimed to have been in contact with Los Blancos chief Florentino Perez over a move to the Bernabeu.
But Tite has hit back at the claims, insisting he is not in line to replace Zidane this summer.

"When it is an opinion, it deserves my respect; posted as a quote, it's a lie," he told reporters.
"The attitude is disrespectful and lying. I haven't had contact with anyone, Gilmar Veloz - my friend - hasn't spoken with anyone, and I have great respect for the position I'm in, the job that I have.

"I am in the best place in football, where everyone wants to be. And don't come to me saying I'm being politically correct."
Perez is said to want a new manager in place before the World Cup gets underway.
Former midfielder Guti is currently the clear favourite to take over at the Spanish giants.
