In a minor reshuffle of police offers, Odisha government today appointed S Shyni (DIG South Western Range) posted at Koraput, as the DIG of Crime Branch.
According to a Home department notification, Himanshu Lal, Additional Commissioner Of Police, Cuttack- Bhubaneswar, has been transferred as DIG, Special Task Force (STF).
Ashish Kumar Singh, DIG, Southern Range, has been given additional charge Of South Western Range, Koraput till further orders, the notification said.
