Sandeep Sahdev is Director of Sales and Marketing, The Den Bengaluru

The Den Bengaluru has appointed Sandeep Sahdev as Director of Sales and Marketing. He has previously worked with Radisson Hotel Delhi, The Oberoi Group, Sheraton Udaipur Palace Resort & Spa and Four Points by Sheraton. His last stint was with Duet India Hotels. During his tenure with the previous properties like Starwood, IHG and Oberoi, Sahdev was majorly responsible for revenue generation and supervising market intelligence and projections in line with budgeted numbers. He was also responsible in leading sales efforts to provide optimum pricing plans (revenue management), identify and communicate strategic business opportunities whilst developing and motivating a high-performance team. During his association with Radisson, he consistently exceeded revenue and room night target by 40% monthly and achieved retention of 80% of accounts with the brand.

At The Den, Bengaluru, Sahdev’s role would be to oversee the property’s operations and he will also be actively involved in strategising and planning the marketing initiatives along with boosting the sales and revenue of the brand.
