CHANDIGARH: In a shocking incident, an altercation of sharing of a passenger seat of Roadways bus ended up with the murder of 24-year-old son of an assistant sub-inspector posted in Delhi police.

Anand Kumar, was shot by one Ankit and his associate at his house in Mokhra village of
Rohtak in Haryana during late night hours Thursday. With four bullet injuries, profusely bleeding Milan was rushed to PGIMS Rohtak, where he was declared brought dead.
His body was sent for the post-mortem examination. Sub-inspector Manjeet Singh, the investigation officer, said that body would be handed over to family after autopsy. "A case of murder has been registered against Ankil and an unidentified person," Manjeet told media.
According to information, on Wednesday, Milan, a graduate, was taking coaching from New Delhi for the recruitment in Delhi police and
Haryana police. On Wednesday, he had an altercation with Ankit over the sharing of a seat in Roadways bus.
On Thursday too, the two had a brawl in the village bus stand and Milan had moved a complaint and got himself medically examined.
During the late night hours of Thursday, Ankit and one more person knocked at Milan’s house. when Milan’s brother came out, the two talked about effecting the compromise. Meanwhile, Milan too walked in. Soon after Milan’s arrival, the two started firing on him.
Milan sustained bullet injuries on his chest, stomach, waist and back. While brother Ravi ran for safety and Milan fell on the ground. Ravi cried for help. Before villagers could gather, Ankit and his associates had managed to escape.
