PIPPA Middleton has finally confirmed that she is pregnant with her first child in a candid column where she revealed that she has not suffered from the same crippling morning sickness as her sister, Kate.

The 34-year-old is expecting a baby in October and has shared details of the pregnancy for the first time, including how she has managed to maintain an exercise routine.
She wrote in Waitrose Magazine: “I was lucky to pass the 12-week scan without suffering from morning sickness.
“This being my first pregnancy, I had so many questions I felt were still unanswered.
“I wanted to know things like - would I strain if I still served in tennis?
“Are all strokes of swimming safe?
“Can I still do a normal yoga class if I avoided certain positions?
“Could I still work my abs?”.
Pippa’s sister, the Duchess of Cambridge, suffered from Hyperemesis Gravidarum (morning sickness) during all three pregnancies.
The extreme sickness put the Duchess in hospital during her first pregnancy and forced her to pull out of a number of events.
The condition, which causes severe vomiting, can lead to dehydration, weight loss and a build-up of toxins in the blood or urine called ketosis.
Last September she missed Prince George’s first day of school at St Thomas’ in Battersea just days after announcing she was carrying Prince Louis.
But Pippa has given up one part of her exercise routine.
She wrote: “I stopped running - not because I read it was unsafe, just because I rather liked the idea of giving my body and growing baby rest from pavement pounding.
“It’s particularly hard in the early months when you don’t want to share the news with everyone.

“I’ve noticed my body change and my weight increase - but through effective exercise and sports I feel that it’s being strengthened to support a healthy pregnancy, birth, and recovery.”
Speculation over Ms Middleton's pregnancy first emerged in April, days before the birth of the Duke and Duchess' third child, Prince Louis.
Pippa Middleton married James Matthews, the hotel heir and brother to Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews, in a church ceremony last May.
Prince George and Princess Charlotte were photographed as part of the wedding party at St Mark’s Church, Berkshire.
