GUNTUR: A woman was killed by her husband at Chebrolu in Guntur district on Thursday.
According to Chebrolu SI V Babu Rao, Kuraganti Ramyakrishna (33) succumbed to head injuries after being attacked by her husband Koteswara Rao with a pestle.

The couple got married 12 years back and has two children. They used to quarrel frequently and filed cases against each other in the police station. Koteswara Rao was working as a record assistant at Government College for Women in Guntur. He is an alcohol addict and attacked his wife with a pestle in an inebriated condition in the early hours of Thursday.
