Curtis "Coo" Bryant Sr, age 85, of Bedford, Va. went to be with the Lord on the early morning of Tuesday, June 5, 2018. He was born on October 22, 1932, to the late Joesph and Lillie Bryant. He leaves behind his wife, Georgia Bryant; five children, Jeanette (Roger) Martin, Curtis Bryant Jr., Renee Bryant-Jones, Donell Bryant, and Joseph Bryant; four siblings, James (Hilda) Bryant, Percell (Mary) Bryant, Carolyn Dudley, and Linda (Frank) Lewis; and a host of special grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, and friends. He will be missed tremendously but those who knew and cared for him find comfort in knowing he is no longer suffering. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 9, 2018, 2 p.m. at the Bedford Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Western Light Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Friends may view on Friday, June 8, 2018, from 12 until 8 p.m. at the Bedford Funeral Home Chapel.
