International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) is hosting the event and Asian Attractions Expo 2018 will have Michael Wong, JP, Secretary for Development of the HKSAR Government joining IAAPA’s senior leadership and officiate at the opening ceremony.
There will more than 300 exhibiting companies from over 30 countries and regions , among them 81 will be exhibiting for the first time. It is expected that throughout the event, top international manufacturers and suppliers will unveil their products, service and technology. There will be state-of-the-art rides, motion simulators, virtual reality, water attractions, video and skill games.
It will also showcase the latest from technology applications, food-and-beverage innovations and more. The industry professionals from more than 50 countries will get to know about new ways to grow their business and gather the best practices here.
Further there will be15 education sessions with in –depth programs that will be led by the industry professionals. This will include executives from Universal Parks and Resorts, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. The session topics will be on leadership, advances in technology, discussion on Asia’s fast-growing economy and latest trends.
The Expo will kick-start with a networking reception celebrating IAAPA’s 100th anniversary. The delegates will get introduced to learning opportunities taking place both inside HKCEC and on-site at local attractions. Industry professionals can new connections and share idea.
