Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and National Defence Fund(NDF)

All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

In Jammu & Kashmir, one among the two army Jawans injured in gunfight along LOC in Keran sector succumbed to grievous injuries. Security sources informed AIR that Army intercepted a group of terrorists believed to be infiltrators in Keran sector adjacent to Chowkibal forests.

They said, when the group of 3 to 5 terrorists was challenged, they opened indiscriminate fire upon the army's ambush party triggering off a gunfight. The gunfight between the terrorists and security forces was on when reports last came in.
