Liam Fox is asked: Who governs Britain tonight?
The International Trade Secretary Liam Fox is asked who is running the country after a day in which Theresa May has, as the BBC's Chris Mason puts it, been "duffed up" by her cabinet in public.
Mr Fox replied: "We are a government - and this is particularly true of Theresa May's government - that operates through collective responsibility. We do come to collective decisions."
