Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and National Defence Fund(NDF)

All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

The CBI has registered a case against Principal of the National Defence Academy, Pune, teaching staff and others in selection and appointment of the faculty.

Searches were conducted yesterday in this regard at the NDA premises including office and residence of accused which led to recovery of incriminating documents. Further investigation is continuing, the probe agency said in its statement.

It is alleged that certain faculty members of the NDA entered into conspiracy with unknown officials including UPSC and the Ministry of Defence and got selected and appointed in different posts of teaching faculty in NDA without possessing mandatory teaching or research experiences.
