UK comedian Catherine Tate to tour New Zealand for the first time

Catherine Tate and "Nan" Taylor are coming to New Zealand for the first time.
Catherine Tate, the star of The Office, Doctor Who and of course The Catherine Tate Show, is bringing her outrageous characters to life in New Zealand for the first time.
The UK comedian will tour Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch in November.
The live show is said to include never-seen-before sketches and feature some of Tate's best-known characters from the BBC series, The Catherine Tate Show, including Nan Taylor, Irish nurse Bernie, Geordie Georgie, Essex girl Sam, and her "not bovvered" teenage chav.
The hit sketch series ran for three series from 2004.

Tate pulled out of an appearance at Wellington Armageddon pop culture expo last year because of a scheduling conflict.
She will be joined on stage for her three live performances by her long–term collaborator Niky Wardley and David O'Reilly.
