A woman and her two sons were killed in lightning strike in Korba district, police said today.
The incident took place at Saila village last evening when Rania Bai (44) andher sons Tulachand (20) and Ishwar Singh (15) were working in a field, a local police official said.
They took cover under a tree to escape rain when lightning hit the spot.
Villagers rushed them to a local hospital where all three were declared dead on arrival.
