Love Island 2018: Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid CLASH in reality show Twitter spat
LOVE ISLAND 2018 has sparked conversations throughout the nation but it seems Piers Morgan isn’t happy about the prospect of another eight weeks of sun and drama and has clashed with his Good Morning Britain co-host Susanna Reid about the show.
While Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid have their daily spat on Good Morning Britain over various topical subjects, their argument has moved on to Twitter.
While the Love Island craze has taken the world by storm so far, Piers isn’t a fan - yet.
However his co-star Susanna is already hooked on the reality show, and has no problem in expressing it.
This morning she posted on Twitter what she enjoys about the show, and someone couldn’t help but offer a rebuttal.
Susanna wrote: “Love Island: it's modern day courtship.
“Some of those involved have high moral standards on sex. Others have a different approach - it's JUST LIKE REAL LIFE.
“It's also great television, a terrific watch & three million people agree.”
She finished off her confession by saying: “DON'T JUDGE ME. Oh go on then…”
Her open invitation for judgement was not ignored by Piers, who responded to her tweet with exactly what he thinks of the show.
He posted: “It's brain dead TV for sex-crazed, money-grabbing, amoral wastrels.”

Some of Piers’ followers joined in on the conversation, who also added fuel to the fire.
One added: “I don’t often agree with @piersmorgan but in this matter we are totally agreed!”
While another said: “Don’t normally agree with you but you have nailed that.”
Meanwhile one follower asked: “Are you going to be on it next year?”
The spat follows odds which have surfaced surrounding which couple may be set to win the competition.

It has been rumoured that Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer could go on to win the reality show.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes commented: “Dani looked visibly upset when she heard about Jack's past, but punters reckon they can get over this hurdle.
“However, should she struggle, there's some shrewd interest in her hooking up with nice guy Alex.”
But will Dani see past Jack’s past and win the public vote?
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
