THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A person claiming to be former RSS activist came live in Facebook and threatened to kill chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Tuesday. SN Krishnankumar Nair, who is working as a senior rigging supervisor in Middle East, later deleted the video and came with an apology stating that he was in inebriated condition at that time.

In the Facebook live video, Nair said that he was planning to return to Kerala in two days where he would be active again in RSS.

“I was working here to amass money to kill. I have been getting Rs 2 lakh per month for my job as a senior rigging instructor. I am going to get daggers ready. If we decided to kill someone, it should be done,” he said.

He also made casteist slur against the CM. “Do you know who his father was. Toddy tappers must do that job,” he said. He also made abusive remark against power minister MM Mani.

Nair could be seen threatening Sabumon Abdusamad, a former TV artiste who recently made sexually abusive statement against a woman BJP activist. Nair said that he would rape wife and daughter of Sabumon as a revenge. Nair ended his live video by seeking support of all ‘Hindu organisations’.

Within hours after his post went viral, Nair posted another video where he, accompanied by two men introducing themselves as Jaleel and Julash, could be seen apologising for his comments. He said that he was in inebriated condition. “I made wrong to you and your family. I apologise to you,” he said, addressing the chief minister. On the insistence of the two men, he also apologised to minister Mani.

The videos are not available for public view in his wall. However, his profile is still active.
