Body found near Eastlake Community Center; police investigating

A dead body was found in the woods near the Eastlake Community Center June 6.

According to Eastlake police, the department received a call around 9 a.m. from a man who said he noticed a body in the woods near the 600 E. 349th St. community center.

Officers arrived and found a deceased white male in his 20s or 30s. The coroner was contacted, and an investigation is ongoing.
