BMW Individual M5 Looks Sophisticated In British Green Hue

The Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este 2018 might be over, but material from the Italian event continues to emerge.

One of the latest findings is a special BMW M5 F90 that was displayed on the grounds. The super saloon is the work of BMW Individual and sports a unique green metallic paint on the outside.

The cabin of this Individual BMW M5 is dominated by the dark beige leather that covers the seats, the lower part of the dashboard, central console and doors. Elsewhere, notice the M specific cue that make a clear difference between the rest of the 5-Series family and the super saloon.

To the delight of the bystanders, the twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 engine was fired up for a few seconds, revealing the crackles and pops of the exhaust.

Despite having as much as 600PS (592hp / 441kW) and 750Nm (553lb-ft) of torque to play with, the first-ever all-wheel drive BMW M5 isn’t the most powerful of the range. That position is currently held by the M5 Competition, which benefits from an additional 25PS (25hp / 19kW) , taking as little as 3.3sec for the 0-100km/h (0-62mph) run, or 0.1sec faster than the regular M5.

The extra muscle and other work carried all around will cost you at least $110,995. This means that the BMW M5 Competition is $8,400 more expensive than the base M5 in the United States.
