An explosion in Baghdad’s Sadr City district caused deaths and injuries on Wednesday, the interior ministry said, without providing casualty figures.
The explosion was “a terrorist aggression on civilians” and caused “martyrs and wounded”, a ministry spokesman said in a statement.
