Authorities seek help finding teen who escaped from Cuyahoga correctional facility

The Ohio Highway Patrol is asking the public to help locate a 17-year-old male who escaped from the Cuyahoga Hills Juvenile Correctional Facility in Highland Hills on May 22.

Nathaniel Lee Jacks was last seen in the early morning hours wearing dark blue khaki pants and a shirt/sweatshirt, according to an OHP news release. He is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 165 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes.

Jacks may be headed to Licking County, according to the release.

Jacks is dangerous and should not be approached, according to the release. Anyone who sees Jacks or a person matching the description should call 911.
