Airsorted, a host management service, has recently opened an office in South West that will bring its hassle-free service to property owners and landlords across both Bristol and Bath.

Airsorted is considered the first of its kind when it comes to proptech to have a dedicated local team working across these two cities. The host management service will support homeowners in the South West who wish to use their property for flexible extra income and help professional landlords to enhance their property portfolios.

James Jenkins-Yates founded the proptech company in 2015 and since, Airsorted has attracted talent from some of the biggest players in the tech industry, including Uber, Google, TransferWise, and Deliveroo.

This recent expansion comes thanks to the proptech company's successful completion of a Series A funding round ending with £5 million that went to supporting the UK and global expansion.

Airsorted services other cities besides Bristol and Bath, including London, Edinburgh, Pais, Brighton, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Auckland. The company doesn't plan on stopping there, having a goal of servicing 38 new cities globally by the end of next year.

Airsorted's Bristol-based team in the new South West office will directly handle the management of properties with the owners to provide a 24-hour hassle-free hosting solution.

Airsorted’s Bristol & Bath City Manager, William Caiger said: “Home-sharing continues to grow in popularity and is one of the key contributors to the ever-growing sharing economy, because it is a great solution for both the host property and those looking for a night, a weekend, a few weeks or a few months property let.

“Launching an office in the South West with a Bristol team of property management experts is an exciting step for Airsorted. We are the first host management service to have a physical presence in the city meaning we can provide a very personalized and flexible service to professional landlords and those who want to flexibly share their home from time to time.

“We like to think we’re challenging the perception of tech start-ups – yes we’re problem-solvers and we’re highly analytical but excellent customer service remains at the heart of our culture. We’re committed to making a tangible impact here in the South West and we’ve started as we mean to go on using local suppliers to deliver housekeeping, laundering and more. We look forward to hearing from locals who are looking to make some extra income on a flexible basis, and those looking for a consistent, manageable solution for their property portfolio.”
