University hosting three summer basketball camps

University coach Sean McDonnell will host three summer basketball camps at the Hunting Valley Campus.

The FUNdamental Basketball Camp runs from June 18-21 for boys entering grades 3-7. Camps are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The camp emphasizes individual skill development and features 5-on-5 league play. Cost is $290.

The Junior Basketball Camp will be held for boys entering grades K-2 July 23-26 from 9-11:30 a.m.

The camp serves as an introduction to the game with instruction on seven-foot baskets. Cost is $150.

The Advanced Basketball Camp for boys entering grades 8-9 runs July 23-26 from noon to 2:30 p.m. Cost is $150.

The camp is an introduction to high school basketball and features two-hour sessions that resembles varsity practices.
