Uttar Pradesh: Man electrocuted while irrigating field

A 60-year-old man was electrocuted to death after he came in contact with a broken live wire in Kethoda village.

MUZAFFARNAGAR: A 60-year-old man was electrocuted to death after he came in contact with a broken live wire in Kethoda village here, police said today.

The incident took place last evening when the man had gone to irrigate his field.

The deceased has been identified as Zameer, they said.

Police said after he did not return home, villagers started looking for him and found his body at the field.
