JAJARKOT: Four children from Nalgadh Municipality-1 have been rescued from Jajarkot headquarters and handed over to their relatives.
The four boys, identified as Kali Bahadur BK, Ram Bahadur BK, Shyam BK and Lalit BK of Nalgadh-9, who were hiding after seeing police at Bheri Municipality-4 were rescued and handed over to their families, informed Jajarkot’s Police Chief, Rabindra Kumar Singh.
According to police, the children were being taken to India. Police also found Rs 15,840 and three mobile sets with the children.
Due to the increase in cases of children being lured and trafficked to India for labor exploitation, police are now taking strict actions to put such illegal activities to an end.
