Reclining on the elegant furnishings, taking in views of the iconic new Philharmonic Park, guests can enjoy a delicious selection of freshly prepared dishes. Curated by Executive Chef Talha Barkin, the dishes use some the finest produce Baku has to offer, served with Four Seasons seamless signature five-star service. The menu features gourmet mezzes, as well as classic Azerbaijani dishes, including succulent mixed kebabs and koftes, made in a traditional oven. The signature dishes are accompanied by appetising salads, such as mangal, the traditional Azerbaijani salad, a local eggplant-based dish, artistically reinvented by Chef Barkin, garnished with ornately positioned grilled prawns, a verdant herb dressing and delicate arrangements of enticing edible flowers.

There is also a new addition to the menu, which now features a selection of freshly prepared and delicately crafted sushi, available every day excluding Mondays. The menu boasts an array of ingredients carefully selected by Four Seasons chefs, including fresh seafood ranging from crab tempura to salmon, served with refreshing vegetable accompaniments.

A particular highlight at the Eyvan Terrace is the shisha menu, a highly social activity embedded in Azerbaijani culture and a fantastic way to unwind amid the vibrant yet serene atmosphere on the Terrace. This year, there will be a wider range of exotic flavours for guests to discover. Guests can also enjoy a selection of homemade ice creams, a rich selection of fine teas, as well as gourmet mochas and frappes made with a delicious array of succulent ingredients including Nutella, pistachio, caramel, and creamy coconut.

The Terrace boasts a fine selection of local wines and expertly crafted summer cocktails, all of which feature fresh ingredients such as watermelon, bergamot and passion fruit. There is an extensive list of healthy organic mocktail options, all crafted with a delicious selection of produce by the Hotel’s mixologist.

Once the sun goes down, Baku becomes the city of lights, gleaming with colourful lights and statement architecture glistening from the reflections of the Caspian Sea. To complement the magical atmosphere, Eyvan Terrace will host Fusion, its in-house live band, playing both jazz and pop music in the evenings, followed by live DJ performances into the night.

Football fans will be able to keep abreast of the latest matches, with daily viewings on the Terrace’s large LCD screen from 8:00 pm local time. To compliment the action, sporting guests will be able to enjoy dishes from the a-la-carte football snack menu at their leisure.
