All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

In Mizoram, 10 people were killed when a building was swept away by a landslide triggered by heavy rains in the Lunglawn area of Lunglei town.

Police said there was heavy rain last night in the Lunglawn area when the landslide hit the building. Police said the District Disaster Response Team and local volunteers have rushed to the spot.
