GUNGAHLIN
- final planning to widen 3.2km of Williams Slim Drive, from Barton Hwy to Ginninderra Drive, plus a bridge over Ginninderra Creek
- 600 more places for schoolchildren at Amaroo, Gold Creek, Neville Bonner and Franklin Early Childhood
- land reserved for new public school in Gungahlin
- upgrade for Nicholls neighbourhood oval, including replacing synthetic surface
- funds for an ecotourism woolands learning centre at Mulligans Flat
BELCONNEN
- widening of William Slim Drive (see Gungahlin)
- Calvary Public Hospital upgrades
- land reserved for new public school in west Belconnen
- new bikeway connecting University of Canberra to the town centre
- revitalise the disused busway to connect the town to Florey and Page
- separated cycle and pedestrian paths in the town centre, and connecting Benjamin and Belconnen ways
- Lake Ginninderra circuit extended around the Belconnen Arts Centre with an over-water boardwalk
- new turf, irrigation system, lighting and pavilion with toilets for Higgins neighbourhood oval
- funds for more exhibitions at the Belconnen Arts Centre
INNER NORTH
- Campbell Primary gains a new central building and refurbished junior wing and library
- events, art and colourful "installations" to make Civic, Dickson and Braddon more exciting for workers, shoppers and residents
- $5m for better footpaths, verges and public spaces in the CBD
- funding to design a network of micro-parks in the city

MOLONGLO VALLEY & WESTON CREEK
- new preschool to year 6 public school at Molonglo
- private school site to be auctioned in Wright
- planning and design for a bridge across the Molonglo River and extension of John Gorton Drive
- completion of the Lyons to Weston Creek walking and cycling link along Heysen Street
INNER SOUTH
- new Indigenous health centre for the Winnunga Nimmityjah Aboriginal Health Service
- funds for early planning of the light rail route from Civic to Woden
- Boomanulla Oval in Narrabundah to be reopened for Indigenous community events
- funds to plan a modernisation of Narrabundah College
WODEN VALLEY
- light rail planning (see inner South)
- new separated cycleway and improve verges along Corinna Street, from Furzer Street to Callam Street
- widened cycle paths on Melrose Drive and Ball Street
- more beds and jobs at Canberra Hospital and the Centenary Hospital for Women and Children
TUGGERANONG
- better footpaths for the Tuggeranong town centre
- improved cycle and pedestrian paths from Anketelle Street to the lake via the town square
- new grass over the paved areas around the Tuggeranong Arts Centre
- new paths linking the Lakeside Leisure Centre with the lake's shared path
- better facilities for the Lake Tuggerong Rowing Club
