A 21-year-old Ocala man has been identified as the passenger killed in a crash early Monday morning on Beach Street.
Malik Coleman died in the crash about 2 a.m., according to Daytona Beach Police spokeswoman Lyda Longa.
Coleman was a passenger in a Buick driven by Amber Fisher, 19, of Fanning Springs.
Fisher was driving a Buick east on East International Speedway Boulevard.
The Buick collided with a Ford Escape driven by Antonio Hester, 34, of Daytona Beach. Also in the Escape was Richard Hatchet, 41, of Daytona Beach.
Hester was driving north on Beach Street.
Police said Hester’s Ford was possibly going 80 to 90 mphs at the time of the crash.
