The owners of the consistently bustling Rice 'n Roll eatery on Milwaukee's east side are brewing up plans for a second spot in Wauwatosa. If all proceeds on schedule, the new restaurant could be up and running by the end of the year, said Tony Kora, who owns Rice 'n Roll with his cousins JJ and Tammy Lertsinsongserm.
