FALL RIVER - Two Fall River men were recently indicted on drug and gun-related charges.

Marc Dubois, 40, of 155 Glasgow St., is charged with trafficking heroin over 18 grams. A grand jury returned its indictment against Dubois last Thursday.

On April 3, the Fall River Police Department’s Vice and Intelligence Unit, which investigates local drug cases, executed search warrants for Dubois’ residence and vehicle, seizing 1,326 bags of suspected heroin, $3,355 in cash, Suboxone films, a digital scale and alleged packaging materials, according to court documents.

Dubois was ordered held without bail for 120 days following a dangerousness hearing on April 9.

The grand jury last week also returned an indictment charging Jose Justiz, 31, of 131 Thomas St., with armed robbery, carrying a loaded firearm without a license and firearm violation with one prior violent or drug crime.

On Feb. 14, Fall River police officer Timothy Magan arrested Justiz following a motor vehicle stop at Albert and Smith streets where police officers discovered a loaded revolver stored inside a duffle bag in the car. Justiz has previous arrests for drug trafficking and distribution, according to court records.
