JMMs letter to Governor regarding health services

Supriyo Bhattacharya, JMMs general secretary, wrote a letter to the Governor, Draupadi Murmu on Sunday. Bhattacharya expressed his concern towards the fall in health care services of Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Ranchi. Bhattacharya mentioned in his letter that in ten days over hundred surgery cases have not been operated by RIMS. Over sixty deaths have been caused due to the carelessness of the hospital authorities. Bhattacharya requested the Governor to take certain immediate actions to improve the health care services of RIMS.

Yoga Program for Gurunanak Handicapped Home

Yoga Program was organized for the children of Gurunanak Handicaped Home, Ranchi by Fitness First Gym on Sunday. The children were told about the benefits of yoga and were encouraged to do yoga. The event was organized by Rajesh Kumar. Major Divesh Singh was the chief guest of the event.

Diabetes Awareness Rally

A rally was conducted by Lions Club of Ranchi from Morabadi ground to create awareness about Diabetes. The rally was inaugurated by CP Singh, Minister of Urban Development. Along with the club members over two hundred athletes participated in the rally. CPSingh said, “Due to lack of information and awareness people diabetic patients eat recklessly. The disease can only be controlled by regular exercise and strict diet.”

Overwhelming response at CMA

The Institute of Cost Accountants of India has got an overwhelming response from PSUs, MNCs and corporate houses of India. The Institute has recently organized campus placement drive in four regions for December 2017 batch consecutively at Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi and Kolkata.  Overall 40 companies visited the campus for the Placement Drive. This year 650 newly qualified CMAs appeared for placement interview and 240 students offered a job. The Institute organizes campus placement drive twice in every year for newly qualified CMAs – October/ November (June Batch) and April/ May (December Batch).
