Fitbit stock gains after company says Versa watch is its 'fastest selling' product in history with more than a million devices shipped

Fitbit Inc. shares are up 1.3% in premarket trading Monday after the company announced that it has shipped more than a million Versa smartwatches since "general availability" began in mid-April. "The positive consumer reception makes it the fastest selling product in Fitbit history," the company said. Fitbit also said that the company has seen more than 2 million total Fitbit users try out the company's new female health-tracking feature. Shares are up 0.2% over the past 12 months, while the S&P 500 has gained 12%.
