Intense heat continued in parts of Rajasthan, where Sriganganagar was the hottest place with a maximum of 47 degrees

Bikaner registered a high of 46.6 degrees Celsius, followed by Churu, Jaislamer, Kota and Barmer which sizzled at 46.4 degrees Celsius, 45.7 degrees Celsius, 45.4 degrees and 44.4 degrees respectively, the Meteorological department said.

In Jaipur, day was recorded at 44.3 degrees Celsius, while Dabok registered a high of 42.7 degrees Celsius, it said.

Heat wave conditions would prevail in the state and the would remain the same till tomorrow, the weatherman predicted.
