The pair are due out at 11:15 BST, once Simona Halep’s clash with Elise Mertsens is over on Court Philippe-Chatrier, and then after Caroline Wozniacki and Daria Kasatkina finish their match delayed from last night.
Halep is 6-3 3-0 and looking good for the win here. We've missed the scheduled start time for Nadal and Marterer but not by too long hopefully.

This is the first time these men have met on a competitive tennis court.
On clay Nadal is likely to be the superior of the two today. He has already won three clay Masters titles this season and is known for his dominance on this surface.
