INDORE: In a shocking incident, four persons broke into the government quarters of superintendent of police Sunil Rajore late on Saturday and robbed the house by locking the SP inside his room.
SP Radio Sunil Rajore said that two miscreants barged into the house by cutting the wire mesh on the window and opening the lock of the rear gate of the house around 2:00am.
They stayed inside the house for over an hour before police officials arrived and arrested one of the accused who was trying to flee the spot.

Ayushi Neke and her younger brother were in the house at the time of the incident.
The SP said that they first entered his mother Baby Rajore’s room and then went to his room and stole his wallet containing debit cards and some cash. They then browsed through the pants hanging on the hooks and threw them in the hall.
“They locked my gate from outside and went to the hall where my sister
Sangeeta and mother were sleeping. My sister could see their shadow and she tried to call for me. My mother used an emergency bell to alert me,” the SP said.
He added that as soon as he tried to reach out to his mother for help he found that his door was locked from outside. He called his sister over phone and asked her to lock their gate as he could sense that someone was there inside the house.
Of the four persons, two had entered the house and two others were stationed outside. “Although I was not able to see the accused who were inside, the ones outside the house were visible through my window,” he said.
The SP alerted the control room and asked for help. Police officials arrived at the spot within 20 minutes and they surrounded the house.
Three youths managed to flee the spot before police arrived but one person who was inside the house was caught. He told police during interrogations that he is a resident of Khargone.
The thieves tried to search for some valuables inside the almirahs but could not get anything. They threw some bags outside the house in order to steal it. The accused had also allegedly cut the
CCTV cable and damaged it, they said.
SP’s children had gone to their grandmother’s place for summer vacations whereas his sister and her children were staying with them.
