The United States has said, North Korea will receive any sanctions relief only when it demonstrates verifiable and irreversible steps to denuclearisation. Defence Secretary Jim Mattis made the comments at a security conference in Singapore today ahead of a planned summit between US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
