Forecast: Clouds moving into mid-Michigan

Cloudy skies will be part of mid-Michigan’s weather forecast for the upcoming week.

Monday’s forecast calls for a mostly sunny sky with a high temperature of 72 degrees Fahrenheit and a low of 47 degrees Fahrenheit along with a 10 percent chance of precipitation and 19 mph west-northwest winds, according to the National Weather Service.

Partly cloudy skies are moving in Tuesday with 10 percent chance of precipitation.

In addition, the high temperature is expected to be 66 degrees Fahrenheit with a low of 46 degrees Fahrenheit and 15 mph northwestern winds.

A high temperature of 69 degrees Fahrenheit is expected on Wednesday with a low temperature of 53 degrees Fahrenheit with a 10 percent chance of precipitation and 4 mph northeastern winds.

Morning thunderstorms could occur Thursday; a 40 percent chance of precipitation is forecast.

The high temperature is expected to be 77 degrees Fahrenheit with a low of 55 degrees. Winds are expected at 11 mph in a southwestern direction.

Partly cloudy skies are forecast through Sunday.

Friday will see partly cloudy skies back in the forecast with a 10 percent chance of precipitation.

A high temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit with a low of 53 degrees is forecast, along with 7 mph north-northeast winds.

On Saturday, a high temperature of 77 degrees Fahrenheit with a low of 55 degrees is expected along with 10 percent chance of precipitation and 7 mph eastern winds.

The week’s forecast ends Sunday with a high temperature of 76 degrees Fahrenheit and a low temperature of 54 degrees and a 20 percent chance of precipitation and east-northeast 9 mph winds.
