Rajkot: A 48-year-old man was stabbed to death on Saturday by a resident of Bhangor village of Lalpur taluka in Jamnagar district and his associates whose number and identities are yet to be ascertained.
Police said Navin Parmar, a resident of Bhangor, was stabbed by Ghanshyam Koli and his associates.
“Parmar was asleep on the terrace of his farm house when he was stabbed by the accused on Friday night. The offence in this connection was registered on Saturday. Though we are yet to ascertain the motive behind the crime, our preliminary investigation suggests extra-marital affair as the reason,” said an official from Lalpur police station.
